AgriPulse is committed to democratizing agricultural intelligence. We harness real-time data from multiple sources, combine it with ground-truth observations, and use machine learning to deliver actionable, localized recommendations — particularly for underserved smallholder farmers in LMICs.

The Challenge

By 2050, the global population is expected to reach 10 billion. Feeding this population will require increasing global food production by 59%-98%, while climate change threatens to reduce crop yields by 10-30%. Meanwhile, one-third of the global population currently faces moderate to severe food insecurity. Smallholder farmers, who feed large portions of the world, often lack the information and tools necessary to respond effectively.

About AgriPulse

It has become the defining problem of our time — a rapidly growing global population which will require dramatic increases in food production to feed, faced with dire projections of falling crop yields due to climate change. Already, one-third of the global population faces food insecurity.

At AgriPulse, we believe there is a solution. By empowering smallholder farmers with agricultural data and insights, we can build a more sustainable, resilient, and equitable agricultural future.

AgriPulse is a team of researchers and data scientists with extensive experience in agriculture, food security, Big Data, and AI. Together, we are creating a model which translates complex agricultural datasets into actionable insights for smallholder farmers.

In areas where agricultural data is currently lacking due to capacity or funding constraints, our model can generate insights without comprehensive on-the-ground data collection. In this way, AgriPulse is ushering in a new era of data democratization in which all countries, farmers, and food systems have access to the insights which facilitate sustainability and success.
